When the world seems to be getting crazier by the hour, it’s time to unplug from the matrix and plug back into our true source -NATURE.
The fear, anxiety, worry, anger, and overwhelm in the collective right now is INTENSE, to say the least. I know many of you are feeling it as much as me.
It is heavy and hard to sit with all the feelings that are bubbling to the surface right now. I’m with you 100%. But, I also know that this too shall pass and love ALWAYS wins.
I’m doing my best to stay grounded, centred, clear, peaceful, hopeful, and open-hearted despite the mayhem unfolding externally.
While we may not be in control of what is going on outside of us, internally we always have the power to choose our state of mind and heart.
Maintaining a high vibration during this time is key to staying sane and positive. Immersing in nature is one BIG way I do this daily.
I’ve also cut out the distracting noise by spending a lot less time on my phone + social media, so I can BE more present with my family and friends.
Our magnificent and beautiful real lives exist outside of our devices. Something I think we all could be reminded of more often. Myself included.

P.S – Hiking with Wilder is our favourite things to do on the weekends now. He absolutely LOVES being outside and luckily we have had gorgeous warm sunny weather this Winter. He is 5 weeks old and sleeping 6 hrs a night now. So stoked!
