Welcome to the jungle! The rainforests of Costa Rica are some of the most biodiverse places on Earth. They are so ALIVE. From the red rich soil, to the climbing vines, to the leaf cutter ants, to the toucans, monkeys, sloths, massive butterflies, fresh crisp air, spring water and trees hundreds of years old. It’s awe inspiring and humbling to say the least.

☀Though I have always been an environmentalist, even as a young child, I never respected or understood the vital importance of protecting these majestic forests until I actually played and lived among the lush green canopies. The heart of the rainforest heals and unites with ours. It’s rhythms reset our exhausted souls.

I personally hike into the jungle or to the beach daily to get my fix and absolutely adore bringing groups out to wild raw places. The look in their eyes is priceless. They get it. They feel, for the first time possibly ever, what connection to the Earth means. That’s when people shift. When they awaken to the significance and vow to protect and honor the planet. My souls mission…
