How is your body today? Before you hop on your to do list take a few moments to check in. Stand with your bare feet on the ground, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Scan your body from the bottom of your feet to the crown of your head. What tension are you holding? Where is it exactly? Send your breath to those areas and watch them melt away on your exhales. Let go of any anxiety, fear, anger, frustration or resentment. What other emotions are arising? Guilt or shame? Release those too!
Remember, you are whole, loved, and supported. You are enough and require no validation from others.
Reach your arms up and wiggle your fingers. Lift and lower your shoulders. Shift into side bends and a few twists. Spread and lift your toes. Lift and lower your heels. Wag your tail. Feels so awesome, right?!!!
Heal and awaken through movement. Your body is your only temple and home in this life. Treat it as your number one priority.
