? Getting jazzy with some attitude! In between sets of free weights at the gym I love to jump around, improv and choreograph little sequences rocking out to my blaring beats.

Luckily the studio at MAFitness is often empty mid day and I can sneak in there to play and get wild. I am committing to dance at least 1 hour every day, whether choreographed or improved.

Why? Because I REALLY REALLY miss dancing professionally in San Francisco. It makes me cry often. A piece of me dies when I don’t dance.

I must keep dance in my life on a regular basis or I go nuts. It’s especially hard when I am traveling or pushing out a large online program. Basically I continually allow work to get in the way. That is a lame excuse and I know it. ?

So…. I am mandating this time for myself and will be posting videos clips of some of what I create. I am super excited!
