Creating deep and meaningful relationships is a top priority for us. We know the power and importance of community, though we didn’t grow up with that awareness.

In Western culture, we are raised in nuclear families isolated from a broader community that’s really necessary and ideal for mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical growth.

We are taught that our blood relatives are the most important. And while our immediate families are vital, so are the epic humans we have the opportunity to learn and grow with the outside of our bloodlines and neighborhoods.

I’ve learned that the most potent and powerful relationships are with those who feel like a soul family. Those who align and sync with who you are at the core.

When you meet them it feels like a homecoming. It’s effortless to drop into a flow state, talk, play, create, explore, and do purpose-driven work together. They feel like long lost brothers and sisters whom you are just now rediscovering.

@thatsexchick and @conscious.bro are part of our soul tribe no doubt. We were all born and raised in different states and met in Costa Rica as adults.

The spectrum in which we play and connect amazes me daily. I’m extremely grateful we all live in the same city now and can spend quality time together every week.

It amazes me we’ll be raising our families together. What a BLESSING!

We were so excited to organize this trip with them. The adventure continues and I can’t wait to see what unfolds next.
