Your unique next level is going to require a new mindset, strategy, support system, and set of boundaries. Otherwise, having a work life balance will be close to impossible.

In order to level up and still maintain a work life balance, you must have the courage to make the changes necessary. Despite the inner self doubt, fear, and growing pains that may arise. Adaptability and perseverance are key!

It’s been a week since my last social media post. This wasn’t intentional, but is a result of going through HUGE shifts in my own business and personal life.

Preparing for a baby, taking the best care of myself possible, prioritizing time with my husband, supporting 11 women weekly within my 1:1 business coaching, and executing a few new projects before I go on maternity leave in 2.5 months is keeping me VERY busy.

Still, I’m beyond grateful for the growth! I live for this kind of quantum leaping. But with every quantum leap comes a new way of doing and being. A deep analysis of what is working and not working is required.

So, I’ve been in deep inquiry with myself and my team. And I’m making firm decisions and commitments to myself and them that will serve us through the end of 2020.

My pregnancy has been a wild ride of shedding the old and creating the new. This journey has pushed me in ways I didn’t know existed.

I also know I’m about to go through one of the greatest rights of passages a woman can experience. Giving birth and becoming a mom for the first time is a massive expansion that I’ll get to navigate as it unfolds.

I have every intention of being fully present for the precious moments that lay ahead. Which is why restructuring how I do business and life is so critical right now.

Below are a few things I’m shifting to create better work life balance…

✨Hiring new team members to support the launch of my 6 week group business coaching accelerator and 1:1 laser coaching.

✨Hiring a housekeeper, post partum doula, and chef to support us during the 4th trimester. A nanny will be the next hire.

✨Booking consistent massage and acupuncture sessions to support the tail end of my pregnancy and 4th trimester.

✨Staying consistent with daily self care rituals and taking 3 days completely off per week.

So, what are a few things you can do to create better work life balance for yourself? I’d love to hear from you!

Much Love,

Amber Sears
