That it was aglow and rampant, expressing itself in movement, flying exultantly under the stars. She craves and needs the tonic of wildness. Her eternal bloom stems from and is nourished by her connection to the Earth…

My heart flutters in anticipation and excitement as I sit here with sandy feet and salty damp hair. I just confirmed my flight to Mexico for another fabulous month teaching at @rancholapuerta in October. I am also launching a huge new online program and monthly small group retreat transformation within the next 48 hours!

So, it’s been a busy weekend, as you can imagine, but I strongly believe in the good things coming. Life keeps getting better and better. Just when you think life couldn’t be more rad, it surprises you with more beauty, art and fun. ?Who wants to adventure back to the wild with me?
