It’s hard to believe that in just 4 weeks I will wrap up all of my current business coaching client work & flow into a ridiculously light schedule for maternity leave.
Then…
I started my company fresh out of college at 22 years old & have worked diligently every day to crystalize my dreams since then.
It’s been an unbelievable wild ride of growth & expansion. One that I know has really only just begun.
There were years where I never gave myself a day off & worked insane hours to meet my goals.
Over the last 13 years, I’ve gratefully learned much better work/play balance. But, I’m so deeply passionate about those I serve, & the transformative work I’m here to do, that it’s hard to fathom not waking up every day to teach what I love most.
Now…
I haven’t taken more than a week’s vacation away from my business over the last decade… #entrepreneurlife. But now at 35 years young, space must be created for a new passion & purpose to bloom… motherhood.
So my original baby, my business, is being moved to the back burner for a bit while I feel into what is most aligned for my next chapter with Wilder by my side.
Will I…
- Go back to work full time?
- Create an entirely new business structure to serve our growing family?
- Still love to teach the things I do now?
- Discover as much purpose & fulfillment in my budding family as I do in my work?
It’s all such a beautiful mystery that I’m eager to experience & feel into. My intention is to remain as open-hearted & minded as possible in this shift to allow my heart & intuition to guide me.
Final Thoughts
As a globe-trotting female entrepreneur who never intended on getting married or having kids, I’m surprised how much I’m looking forward to shifting into mama mode.
As a self-development lover, I welcome & embrace the challenges & rewards that are yet to come.
I know my many years as an entrepreneur serving thousands of people around the world has prepared me well for riding the waves of parenthood.
So for now, I’m focused on pouring love into my incredible clients & soaking in the precious moments we share.
P.S – My belly has officially popped. 33 weeks now!
Much Love,
Amber Sears
